On behalf of the GREAT project team, we are pleased to warmly invite you to the final event of our project, Games Realising Effective and Affective Transformation (GREAT).
Play to Impact: The GREAT Project Showcase
“How Games are Shaping Environmental Action, Culture and Policy”
📅 28 January 2026
📍 Brussels / Hybrid
At this event, we will showcase how innovative, game-based approaches can practically bridge the gap between citizens and policy-makers. Through concrete examples and live demonstrations, we will illustrate how games can foster meaningful dialogue, support mutual understanding, and enable more inclusive and effective policy processes.
The event is designed for a diverse audience, including professionals from the games industry, policy-makers at local, national, and international levels, as well as members of the general public, including policy stakeholders such as NGOs. Researchers, educators, civil society organizations, and engaged citizens are all welcome to join us in exploring how games can serve as powerful tools for participation, engagement, and societal transformation.
The event will also host Gaming Projects Sessions organized by the Games for Culture Cluster, DG CNECT, and DG RTD.
